Order Cancellations & Return Policies

The policy is that there are no refunds or returns on sod after delivery because sod is a perishable product. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to properly care for the sod after installation. The cancellation policy is sod cannot be canceled after the order is filled unless I have another buyer within 1 business day. In the event it is delivered, the purchaser must pay transaction fees and delivery and pick-up charges.
